6. SCOTUS Sides With Women's Sports

In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court upheld state bans on transgender athletes in women's and girls' sports, affirming laws in Idaho and West Virginia already mirrored by 27 states. Conservative groups are now pushing blue states to follow. Justice Kavanaugh wrote plainly: the Constitution doesn't require an overhaul of women's sports.
